For decades, Africa's infrastructure focus has been on building roads, expanding electricity, and modernizing ports. Now, there's an urgent need to develop everyday life infrastructure like hospitals, schools, housing, and water and sanitation systems. Social Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are being explored as a framework to address these needs, aiming to bring together government and private sector efforts to implement these vital projects.
